Originally developed for the food industry, PacFlange is designed to replace conventional greased roller bearings, eliminating the need for grease and providing a maintenance-free, contamination-free solution. It also offers superior service life (3 to 6 times longer depending on application).
The PacFlange consists of a food-grade housing, a marine-grade stainless steel sleeve (screwed to the shaft), and a self-lubricating, abrasion- and chemical-resistant thermoplastic bushing.
